As an international speaker for nearly 35 years, traveling over 4 million miles and presenting more than 3,000 seminars to association executives, broker/owners, company presidents and real estate professionals, Dave is known for challenging normal marketing thoughts and usual business practices in the real estate industry.
He has evolved from top salesperson to training director to manager, speaker, author and personal business coach. In coaching, training and consulting with thousands of top real estate associates during the past three decades, Dave learned from their successes and failures, and condensed that learning into ONE simple strategy to success.

Called upon to assist companies, networks, and technology leaders, his ideas have been used in developing video, audio, and software programs around the country. Dave helped Hewlett Packard complete their real estate document assistant software, and is presently the #1 industry consultant for hp’s real estate division.
