As I reflect on over 36 years of speaking engagements, delivering over 3,000 seminars to the best brokers and leaders in the industry, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible people I have met, worked
with, and learned from along the way.

From the early days of my career to the present moment, I have been fortunate to cross paths with so many fantastic individuals who have inspired and motivated me. As Rodney Dangerfield famously quipped, “I get no respect.” In the world of real estate, respect is earned through hard work, dedication, and a genuine commitment to excellence. I am grateful for the respect and appreciation shown to me by all of you, my fans and supporters.
